Returns & exchanges
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Send items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of custom or personalized items, I can't accept returns for them unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions
Special care must be taken with wood products. Wooden jewelry can be damaged if worn in the shower, bath or washing hands. Please treat it carefully.
Wood boxes or other solid wood products need the occasionally wipe with beeswax or other product to keep the wood from drying out.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are always welcomed. Please contact me with your ideas. A 50% deposit is required with the remainder due before shipping. Custom orders cannot be cancelled but if there is a problem please contact me and I will do my best to find a solution.
